Mortgage Rate at Historical Low, Refinance Now
According to Freddy Mac Primary Mortgage Market Survey, 30 year fixed rate mortgage rate was at 4.69% in the week of June 24, a historical low point. With so many lenders now offer no cost refinance, as long as you can get a lower rate at no cost, doing refinance is usually in your favor.
Here are a few lenders that offer refinance services, and I suggest to check as many as possible lenders to get quotes. The more quotes you get from different lenders, the more possible you will find a lower rate which is essential for refinance’s success.
